Here's How It Works

As a certified sleep consultant, the first thing I do with anyone I work with is identify the underlying cause of their insomnia and what keeps the cycle going.


Through a comprehensive sleep assessment, I will customize a program to meet your specific needs using a scientific and holistic approach focusing on:

✔️Eliminating thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that compromise sleep

✔️Using sleep therapy to teach the body to fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night

Our sessions will be 1 hour per week and will take place over Zoom or the phone

What is Sleep Therapy?

Sleep therapy is a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy specifically developed for treating insomnia and has been proven extremely effective. Scientifically backed and has been successfully used for over 30 years.  It is recommended by Harvard, Mayo Clinic, and the National Institute of Health and is considered to be the most effective way to improve sleep.
